User interfaces and Features:
1. By default the HL3A is set to use Smooth Ramping for mode changing
2. Direct access to turbo mode shortcut.
3. A more conventional Stepped Ramping UI is available if you prefer discrete modes level. (Number of steps is configurable)
4. Momentary mode useful for signaling purposes or rapidly/briefly lighting up targets. To exit this mode, physically disconnect power
5. Muggle mode uses reduced output and features
6. Electronic lockout for safety and low momentary.
